Please fill out one registration form for each date you are attending. There are up to 5 classes per date, so you can register for up to 5 classes on this form.

PAYMENT FOR CLASS
To attend a class, you can pay by credit card or check. Please fill out a registration form and mail it to Debbie at the address below, whether you pay by credit card or check. Debbie will e-mail you confirmation about two days prior to the class date. Feel free to e-mail Debbie at any time with questions before and after the classes. She is your HELPLINE for litigation questions.

If you are paying by credit card, use the PayPal links and check out. If you have any problems with this system, e-mail Debbie at debbie4176@aol.com with questions. Mail in a registration form when paying by PayPal. Unfortunately, we have not been able to add class dates to the PayPal order form, so the registration form is necessary. You must e-mail Debbie if you pay online as to what class date you are signing up for since the PayPal shopping cart does not allow you to input a class date or time.

If you are paying by check, make the check out to Debbie Brooks and send it to Post Office Box 203, Port Gamble, WA 98364 along with the registration form(s).

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE TO THE CLASS
Please call Debbie's cell the day of the class if you need further directions or are running late. She does not have access to e-mail the day of the class. Her cell number is 360-471-8436.

DON’T E-MAIL DEBBIE THE DAY OF THE CLASS IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS. CALL HER.

If you want to attend a class and have not registered more than a few days prior, call Debbie's cell and let her know that you want to attend. Then you can make arrangements with Debbie so she knows to bring your class materials.  Debbie brings extra materials to every class for last minute registrations. You can attend any class as long as you e-mail at least one day ahead.

PRICES VARY FROM $125 TO $150 PER CLASS INCLUDING ONE BOOK FOR EACH CLASS. DISCOUNTS ARE NOW INCLUDED IN THESE PRICES. FORMER PRICE WAS $175.00 PER CLASS INCLUDING ONE BOOK.
