This book teaches how to file a lawsuit from start to finish in your state filed in “state” courts. Some states call them Superior Courts and some call them Circuit Courts. Depending on the state, there are seven or eight chapters in the book that cover your area. You will learn civil procedures correctly with this book along with the practice projects listed below. There is a general pattern for all civil lawsuits. Each state has their own special way of doing things. They are covered in this book.
